1. Services
Flyro is an online travel platform offering flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages,
and related travel services through third-party suppliers.
2. Eligibility & User Responsibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings.
- You are responsible for providing accurate traveller and booking details.
- Incorrect information may result in denied service without refund.
3. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
- Payments must be completed using approved methods shown at checkout.
- Unpaid or failed payments may result in cancellation.
4. Pricing & Fees
- Prices may change due to supplier updates, taxes, currency changes, or fuel surcharges.
- Service fees charged by Flyro are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
All cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed strictly by airline, hotel, or supplier policies.
- Cancellation penalties may range from partial to 100% of the booking value.
- No refunds are guaranteed for no-shows or unused services.
- Approved refunds may take 7–21 business days to process.
6. Travel Documents & Insurance
- You are responsible for passports, visas, transit visas, and health requirements.
- Visa refusal or denied boarding does not qualify for a refund.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
7. Force Majeure
Flyro is not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond reasonable control including
natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Flyro acts only as an intermediary between customers and suppliers.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected booking.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the booking entity operates.
